Leeds United recorded a 2-0 victory over Birmingham on Tuesday night in the Championship and there were several things for manager Thomas Christiansen to ponder after the result.

The Whites climbed to the top of the league table after another win at Elland Road and are now the only unbeaten side in the division.

Samu Saiz and Stuart Dallas were on the scoresheet for the hosts and they also kept their sixth consecutive clean sheet in the league.

However, the Yorkshire giants were made to fight hard for the points against Harry Redknapp’s dangerous Birmingham side.

They have made an excellent start to the new campaign and Christiansen will now turn his attention to an away clash against Millwall at the weekend.

The Whites will be keen to continue their defensive record, while the attackers and midfielders continue to share the goals around.

Football Insider has looked at three things Leeds will have learned from the win over Birmingham, including why their 25-year-old should be dropped in the next game.
