3 players Manchester United MUST cash in on in January to save their season!

By Alex Taylor

Manchester United have some of the best players in the world.

The likes of Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Juan Mata have all shown their quality at times this season.

Despite their good form, some of United’s squad are failing to pull their weight.

Football is a cruel game, so these are the three players that should be shipped out by Jose Mourinho in January.

Morgan Schneiderlin

Morgan Schneiderlin

The French midfield ace is by no means a bad player. The former Southampton man has just failed to make an impact since his arrival at Manchester in 2015.

The holding midfielder has been left in the shade by United’s more senior midfield men including Michael Carrick, Ander Herrera and Juan Mata.

Schneiderlin is not quite at the requisite level to play for the Red Devils but would make a strong signing for a host of other Premier League clubs.

Memphis Depay

Winging it: Depay is not as good as he thinks, says Redknapp

The Dutch winger was bought in by Louis van Gaal and has failed to excite since joining the club.

Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Wayne Rooney have all regularly started ahead of him on the left-side of United’s attack.

Depay has scored just seven goals in 55 appearances for United. He should be moved on as soon as possible!

Wayne Rooney

Rooney and Barkley

Wazza is a Manchester United legend. He’s scored tons of goals over the years for the side he now captains, but the time has come to move on.

Rumours suggest former club Everton are interested in a move for their old striker and it might be the perfect deal.

Rooney seems to have lost all confidence and control at the moment. We reckon his legs have gone!

All we know for sure is that he can no longer cut the mustard at Old Trafford. Mourinho must get rid!
