The agent of Galatasaray winger Bruma has confirmed Tottenham are interested in signing him.

This comes after football side Squawka claimed that Spurs are eyeing a January move for the £20million wide player.

It is said that the north London club have made enquiries via third parties regarding a potential transfer fee and the wage demands of Bruma.

Tottenham have watched the 21-year-old in each of his six Turkish Super Lig appearances this season, in which he has scored two goals and provided three assists.

Now Bruma’s agent Catio Balde has told O Jogo, as quoted by Sport Witness, that Spurs are keen in the speedy winger but face competition from other English clubs.

“Besides Tottenham, there are other English clubs who are very attentive to Bruma,” said Balde, with clubs seemingly queuing up to take Bruma to the Premier League.

This follows positive reports from scouts after Tottenham previously watched the player on a number of occasions this season.

The north London outfit have been keen to add talented young players to their side in recent windows and Bruma would fit the type of player that manager Mauricio Pochettino is looking to bring to the club.

The 22-year-old winger has drawn comparisons with Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo for his playing style, but he is currently stalling on a new deal with his current contract ending in 2018.

This has brought suggestions that Galatasaray could be looking to offload the young star in January to maximise the amount of money they get for him.
