Calum Chambers delivered a positive verdict on Twitter following England under-21’s thrilling 3-2 victory against Italy at St Mary’s Stadium on Thursday evening.
The young lions trailed 2-1 at half-time but a late striker from Southampton’s Jack Stephens sealed a dramatic victory for England in the European Qualifier.
Chambers played the full 90 minutes as the youth internationals recorded their 15th successive unbeaten game and continued their impressive form.

Chambers was involved in a number of key moments during the game and could have scored with a header after just four minutes before Demarai Gray netted seconds later.
The on-loan centre-back was also involved in the build-up play which saw Stephens score in the 92nd minute to grab all three points for England.
Chambers started Arsenal’s 4-3 defeat against Liverpool on the opening day of the Premier League season and scored for his side before he was sent out on loan to Middlesbrough.
He’s made five appearances for the league’s newcomers and has been in impressive form lately, notching up 10 appearances for the England under-21s in 2016.
He is expected to start at centre-back for the Boro against Chelsea on 20th November following the international break.
