Arsenal fans have been discussing on Twitter whether Olivier Giroud or Alexis Sanchez should start in their clash against Tottenham this weekend.
The two London rivals go head-to-head on Sunday afternoon and Arsene Wenger has to make a big selection now that Giroud has recovered from injury.
The Frenchman has struggled to reach full fitness after picking up an injury at the start of the season but scored two goals in five minutes as he came on as a substitute against Sunderland last weekend.
It was his fourth league appearance this season but Giroud is yet to start for Arsenal in the Premier League and has only notched up 72 minutes of football.
In contrast, Sanchez has been in top form and has built good relationships with Theo Walcott and Mesut Ozil during Arsenal’s opening 10 fixtures.
The pacey Chilean has netted eight goals in 14 appearances already this season and only Romelu Lukaku and Diego Costa have a better goal-scoring record in the league.
Wenger gave nothing away during his pre-match press conference but made it clear that neither striker was a second choice.
Arsenal fans debated the selection choice on Twitter but most fans hoped to see Sanchez retain his position after displaying good form so far.
Here is a selection of the messages on Twitter:
@Arsenal I hope we stick to the same system..i.e. Alexis to lead the line. Walcott if fit back to replace iwobi/ox.

@Arsenal Alexis to start. Giroud can make the most of his opportunities when the Spuds start to tire.
