There was only one name on the lips of Arsenal fans as Alex Iwobi served further notice of his immense potential in Saturday’s 4-0 win over Watford.
The teenager winger scored for the second consecutive match after making what was only his second Premier League start.
Further goals from Alexis Sanchez, Hector Bellerin and Theo Walcott kept Arsenal’s faint hopes of the Premier League title alive with an easy victory.
For the third consecutive match, Iwobi kept Walcott, Joel Campbell and Olivier Giroud out of the side as the senior trio were forced to start on the substitute’s bench.
The 19-year-old did not disappoint with another display full of power and direct running on the left flank, and supporters paid tribute to his display with their messages on Twitter.
Nice win today. All about Alexis & Alex. One getting back to being world class, the other with the potential to be. Lovely to see #Arsenal

Walcott will have to seat on the bench for a long time come. If Iwobi continues like this thats.
