Mesut Ozil was substituted at half-time by Germany manager Joachim Low- and Arsenal supporters were hoping it was a tactical change and that he was not injured.
Playmaker Ozil was involved in the build-up play of Germany’s first goal, as they beat Northern Ireland 2-0 in a World Cup qualifier on Tuesday, with Mats Hummel’s netting the second.
However Arsenal supporters were more concerned about why their star player was taken off at half-time, although the initial signs were that it was a tactical change by the Germany manager.
One Gunners fan was pleased to see him off the field, as it means he will now return to north London, fresh and injury free for club duty.
While other supporters were asking the official Germany Twitter account whether their attacking midfield maestro was okay.
Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:
Ozil subbed at H/T and Theo also subbed mins ago. Mustafi didn't play, good rest for the boys.

Arsene Wenger’s side will welcome Bob Bradley’s Swansea to the Emirates on Saturday afternoon, as the Gunners search for their sixth consecutive win in all competitions.
Ozil has failed to provide an assist for his side this term, as Arsenal are third in the league table with 16 points from seven games.
In other Arsenal team news, Marouane Chamakh has completed a move to Cardiff and supporters on Twitter have reacted hilariously to his move.
