Arsenal fans reacted on Twitter as Chelsea beat Southampton in the late Sunday afternoon Premier League clash.
Gunners fans have stated it was their 3-0 thrashing of Antonio Conte’s side which seems to have whipped them into shape.
Chelsea won their last three league games prior to the clash against the Saints at the St Mary’s stadium but Arsenal currently sit at the top of the Premier League table, level on points with Liverpool and Manchester City.
The Blues took an early lead through Eden Hazard after the Belgian and former PFA Player of the Year netted in under six minutes.
Diego Costa, who is currently the Premier League’s leading goal-scorer, doubled Chelsea’s lead after the half-time break.
Since losing to Arsenal on September 24, Chelsea have been unbeaten in the league and have kept clean sheets against Manchester United, Leicester City, Hull City and now Southampton.
Conte’s side scored ten goals in their previous four fixtures ahead of their clash with Southampton on Sunday and Arsenal fans have pointed at their 3-0 victory as the catalyst for Conte’s side.
Here is a selection of the messages on Twitter:
Gary Neville saying Chelsea changed after the Liverpool game. No Gary they came up against a better team on the day. Same against Arsenal.

Chelsea haven't conceded a goal since switching to a 3-4-3 system after the Arsenal debacle. Class from Conte.

Sanchez has 50 goals in 106 appearances for Arsenal since 2014, Eden Hazard 59 goals in 218 games for Chelsea since 2012

If Hazard and Costa keep up this kind of form I wouldn't rule out Chelsea mounting a serious challenge. Big 'if' though.
