The 24 year-old is currently on loan at Bournemouth after struggling to break into the Arsenal first team on a regular basis due to consistently picking up injuries.
The England international was a key player in his side’s 0-0 draw with Tottenham on the weekend and played 90 minutes for the first time in two years.
So far this season, he has made five league starts, appearing six times in total for Bournemouth and is enjoying a fairly encouraging loan spell so far.
Bournemouth currently sit in 10th position and are due to face Middlesbrough in the Premier League on Saturday at the Riverside Stadium and Wilshere is expected to feature.
In other Arsenal news, this youngster has impressed former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
