Arsenal have shown interest in Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure, according to the player’s agent Dimitri Seluk, but Gunners supporters on Twitter can’t see it happening.
Seluk told Sky Sports that his 33-year-old client has received interest from Arsenal as well as Premier League rivals Manchester United, but stated that a move to either team would be “impossible”.
One Gunners supporter stated they don’t need the midfield powerhouse as they already have £35 million summer signing Granit Xhaka and Francis Coquelin.
Another fan questioned whether Arsenal were really interested in Toure’s services.
A few supporters pointed out the strength of Arsene Wenger’s midfield, with the Frenchman having six senior midfielders available for selection.

@SkyFootball Wouldn't work with Arsenal because we'd only bid £1 more then what Man City would want.

Toure is in the final year of his City contract but he has made only one appearance for manager Pep Guardiola this season, and has been left out of his 21-man Champions League squad.
In other Arsenal transfer news, the club have agreed a deal for this exciting 24 goals in 28 games striker.
