Jack Grealish expressed his delight on Twitter after he picked up a man-of-the-match award as England Under-21s thrashed Bosnia-Herzegovina Under-21s 5-0 on Tuesday afternoon in Walsall.
Aidy Boothroyd’s side, who have already qualified for next summer’s European championships in Poland, secured a thumping victory in their final qualifying game.
Midfielder Grealish provided two assists, as a brace from on-loan Bristol City striker Tommy Abraham helped the Three Lions secure a comfortable victory.
Following the game Aston Villa academy graduate Grealish was pleased with his team’s performance, as they now gear up for next summer’s European Championships.
“Great way to end the qualifying campaign today with a 5-0 win & very happy to get man of the match,” Grealish wrote on his personal Twitter account.

Grealish has been a regular first-team starter for his club side this term, making nine league appearances and scoring two goals.
However, he was suspended by the Championship club in September, after he was involved in an all-night party after the stalemate against Ipswich.
Now, the youngster will return to club duty, with the Midlands side set to take on Wolves on Saturday, as Villa are set to announce Steve Bruce as their new manager.
In other Aston Villa team news, Andre Green expressed his delight on Twitter as the England Under-19s picked up a last-gasp winner against Bulgaria.
