Aston Villa could be without first-team trio Jack Grealish, Ross McCormack and Ritchie De Laet for their trip to Ipswich on Saturday afternoon.
Roberto Di Matteo revealed that Grealish, McCormack and De Laet are injury worries ahead of their weekend trip to Portman Road.
It means summer signing Albert Adomah could make his Villa debut on the right wing, with Jordan Ayew possibly operating the other flank.
Jonathan Kodjia will be hoping to make his third successive start for Di Matteo’s side after opening his account in the 1-1 draw with Brentford on Wednesday night.
The club’s top scorer Rudy Gestede will be hoping to add to his three-goal tally up front, as Villa seek their first win in five games.
Mile Jedinak and Ashley Westwood will be looking to continue their partnership in midfield, despite the latter producing a poor display in his side’s previous game.

Despite Villa dropping more points, Di Matteo is likely to stick with the same centre-back pairing of James Chester and Tommy Elphick, who have conceded seven goals in six games as a partnership.
Aly Cissokho will be looking to fend off competition from Jordan Amavi at left-back, with the latter not starting a league game for Di Matteo this season.
The Midlands side sit in 17th position in the Championship table having drawn four out of their previous five games.
