Manager Roberto Di Matteo was sacked by Aston Villa on Monday morning – and fans of the Midlands side took to Twitter to speculate who the next manager could be.
The Italian boss was relieved from his duties after suffering a 2-0 defeat against Preston at the weekend.
He had managed just one victory while in charge of the club, who suffered relegation in the last campaign with a 3-0 win over bottom of the league Rotherham.
Di Matteo lasted just 124 days in charge of the club and fans had mixed reactions to his departure on social media, while many were quick to speculate who would take over.

In many ways Di Matteo was a strange appointment at Villa. Steve Bruce now surely fits the bill #avfc

Villa are currently sat in 19th place in the league table, sitting two points above the relegation zone and four points from bottom after pre-season optimism.
They currently sit 10 points away from the Championship play offs having spent a large amount of money in the summer.
The Midlands giants added nine players into their squad in the summer, breaking the same Championship transfer record twice in the same window in deals for forwards Ross McCormack and Jonathan Kodjia.
They face Midlands rivals Wolves next after the international break, who are currently sat in 12th place in the league table.
In other Aston Villa news, Steve Clarke has been appointed caretaker manager of Villa.
