Yannick Bolasie has responded hilariously on Twitter to Everton teammate Aaron Lennon who laughed at him for his failed rabona effort in the 2-0 win against West Ham.

Trickster Bolasie failed in his attempt to wrap his kicking leg behind his standing leg during his side’s Premier League encounter against the Hammers on Sunday afternoon.

The ball ended up going for a throw-in, to the amusement of his teammate Lennon who was sat on the substitutes bench.

After the game, Bolasie responded to Lennon and the DR Congo international gave his verdict on the win at Goodison Park.

“Good victory today happy to get 3 points,” Bolasie wrote on his personal Twitter account. “Aaron Lennon, you can’t be laughing like that brother. Let me live please.”

Bolasie assisted the Toffees first goal, when his cross was converted by striker Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian then became provider when his cross was volleyed home by Ross Barkley.

The Merseyside club purchased Bolasie from Premier League rivals Crystal Palace during the summer transfer window for a fee of £25 million.

He has gone on to make nine Premier League appearances for manager Ronald Koeman’s side this term, supplying four assists and scoring one goal.
