Oscar has denied that he had a training ground bust-up with Diego Costa on Thursday.
Reports claimed that the Chelsea team-mates were involved in a heated confrontation at the club’s Cobham headquarters on Thursday afternoon.
It was claimed that attacking pair had to be restrained after squaring up to each other following a sequence of tackles during an intense training session.
Oscar is said to have rattled Costa with a hefty challenge before the Spain international responded with hard-hitting tackle of his own.
The second clash was reported to have sparked the heated confrontation between the pair, who had to be pulled apart.
But Oscar took to social networking site Twitter to deny that there had been any confrontation at all and added that Costa is one of his “best friends” and they “never fight”.
For those who are talking to me and @diegocosta struggle today in training he’s lying, he’s one of my best friends and never fight ?

Manager Guus Hiddink is sure to be quizzed about the alleged altercation at his pre-match media conference on Friday ahead of this weekend’s FA Cup third round clash against Scunthorpe.
