Chris Sutton has revealed Moussa Dembele holds the key to Celtic’s chances against Barcelona on Wednesday night.

The former Hoops striker is adamant that if anyone is going to repeat the Tony Watt’s heroics that saw Celtic beat Barca 2-1 in 2012, it will be top scorer Dembele.

Asked who could be tonight’s Watt, Sutton replied on his personal Twitter account as saying that the former Fulham striker could be a nuisance to Luis Enrique’s defence at Celtic Park.

The 20-year-old has been in excellent form for the 47-time Scottish Champions since his summer move from Championship outfit Fulham.

Dembele has scored an incredible 16 goals in 25 league and cup appearances for Brendan Rodgers’ side this term, including a hat-trick against Old Firm rivals Rangers and a Champions League brace against Manchester City.

Celtic’s number 10 is now expected to spearhead the Celtic attack, as he looks to play an integral part in helping his side qualify for the Europa League.

Dembele and company must overturn a two-point deficit to Borussia Monchengladbach in Group C, as third place gains qualification to the Europa League knockout stage after Christmas.

In order to do so, Celtic must either beat Barcelona or Manchester City and hope Gladbach fail to pick up any points in their remaining two games.
