Leeds have made eight changes to their starting XI for Tuesday’s League Cup clash against Norwich.
Garry Monk has significantly altered his team even though there is the carrot of a place in the quarter-final of the competition.
Gaetano Berardi starts his first match since the opening day of the season after recovering from a hamstring injury, while there are also recalls for Marco Silvestri in goal, defenders Liam Cooper and Lewie Coyle, central midfielder Matt Grimes, playmaker Alex Mowatt and strikers Marcus Antonsson and Souleymane Doukara.

Monk has named a strong bench made up of first-team regulars Rob Green, Charlie Taylor, Luke Ayling, Eunan O’Kane, Hadi Sacko, Kalvin Phillips and Chris Wood, who all started against Wolves on Saturday.
Leeds have won six of their last nine matches in all competitions, including five out of eight league encounters, and Saturday’s win over Wolves lifted them to within three points of the play-off positions.
