Everton trio Romelu Lukaku, Yannick Bolasie and Ashley Williams are on the bench for their clash against West Brom on Saturday.
The big-name trio are overlooked by manager Ronald Koeman as he picks the same starting X1 that drew the Toffees’ Premier League opener against Tottenham last weekend.

Lukaku has recovered from the heel injury that kept him out of the Spurs match but is not deemed to have had enough training to start at the Hawthorns.
Gerard Deulofeu continues to spearhead the attack and will once again be supported by Kevin Mirallas and Ross Barkley.
Bolasie, who joined in a £28million move from Crystal Palace at the start of the week, will start on the bench alongside fellow new signing Williams.
Everton are winless in six away games, their worst run since a 10-match streak without a victory in 2013.
In other Everton team news, the club are to submit an £18million bid after having a £50,000-a-week deal rejected.
