Tottenham have made two changes to their side which drew 1-1 with Leicester on Saturday afternoon.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino has decided to bring Ben Davies and Moussa Sissoko into the starting line-up.
The changes has seen forward Vincent Janssen and Danny Rose drop out of the starting eleven.
Spurs revealed their team news on their official Twitter account ahead of the Wednesday evening Champions League clash against Bayer Leverkusen at Wembley.
The north London club currently sit in second place in their Champions League Group E with four points from their opening three fixtures.
Leverkusen sit just behind with three points and the pair are hot on the trail of Monaco who sit at the top on five points.
However, in a close group, either side could also move to the bottom of their group at the end of the night with CSKA Moscow on two points.
Spurs have currently struggled in their recent fixtures and a 0-0 draw in Germany in their recent clash against Leverkusen has meant they have failed to win their last five matches in all competitions with four draws.
Fans of the club will be hoping for advantage at Wembley to put an end to their poor run with a vital clash against fierce rivals Arsenal coming on Sunday.
