Dele Alli will undergo tests next week to get to the bottom of dizzy spells that he has suffered from recently.

The Tottenham sensation is set to play against Watford on Saturday after coming off at half-time of his team’s 3-0 win at Norwich after he complained of feeling unwell.

Mauricio Pochettino revealed the midfielder will be assessed on Friday ahead of the White Hart Lane Premier League clash and in more detail next week.

But the manager is not too concerned at this stage.

Speaking at his media briefing on Thursday, Pochettino said: “We will assess tomorrow. But all the signs are good.

“We need to do some more tests next week but we have very good medical staff. We need to know why this is happening but we are not worried. I’ve been told it is not a big issue.

“He feels good now. He will be available for Saturday.”

Alli has had a magnificent debut Premier League campaign since his move from MK Dons, scoring seven goals from 22 matches in the competition.

He opened the scoring against Norwich in midweek as Spurs leapfrogged bitter rivals Arsenal to claim third place in the league table.
