Memphis Depay has set his sights on Arsenal after Manchester United’s Europa League thriller.
The winger, who has endured a difficult first season in England, produced an impressive display on Thursday night, helping his team to a 5-1 win over Midtjylannd at Old Trafford.
That sealed a comeback win on aggregate, but attentions will now turn to the upcoming game against Arsenal on Sunday.
With United having already booked their place in the FA Cup quarter-finals, Louis van Gaal’s men can complete a significant week with a good result at the weekend as they look to make up ground on the top four.
Depay spoke of how much the team enjoyed themselves against Midtjylland and is looking to take that same attitude into the Premier League game.
“Tonight was good,” he said. “We enjoyed ourselves on the pitch and you could see that.
“We’re very happy that we got through, we have to keep that spirit in the team and we look forward to Sunday.”
