Dicko, 24, continued his return from a long-term injury by netting the two goals before youngster Bright Enobakhare rounded up the scoring and bagged the winner on the 88th minute following a threatening Crewe comeback.
The striker made his first appearance for the senior team against Norwich at the weekend as a 63rd minute substitute with his last appearance coming more than a year a go.
Meanwhile, Wallace, 22, has featured in nine encounters for Walter Zenga’s side in the new campaign, scoring one goal and providing three assists.
Both players will be looking to impress Zenga as they push for places in the first team and neither would have done themselves any harm with Tuesday’s performance.
Wolves are currently in 12th place in the Championship with a clash against Midlands rivals Aston Villa coming up next.
