It was revealed by the German club’s Twitter page that the young Brazilian had been training with the club in July and this latest update would suggest that the club were pleased with what they saw from the Reds youngster.
The Liverpool Echo also revealed in July that the Reds were planning a third loan move away from the club for the youngster in the hope of acquiring a UK work permit for him.
Allan was temporarily shipped out to Finland’s SJK at the start of September 2015, but returned to the club in late October after making eight appearances for the Finnish champions.
The Brazil Under-20 international was then loaned to Belgian side Sint-Truiden for six months from January 2016, where he starred in nine encounters.
Manager Jurgen Klopp is a big admirer of Allan, who moved to Merseyside from Brazilian outfit Internacional last summer for a fee of around £500k.
Allan caught the eye of Liverpool scouts after playing against the club’s youth team in January 2014’s Frenz International Cup in Indonesia, and the Reds pushed through the deal last summer.
In other Liverpool transfer news, midfielder Cameron Brannagan will join Wigan this weekend on a season-long loan.
