Eunan O’Kane believes there is no limit to the potential of Leeds midfield duo Kalvin Phillips and Ronaldo Vieira.
The young stars have been regular starters this season for Leeds, as captain Liam Bridcutt continues to be sidelined with a foot injury.
Republic of Ireland international O’Kane is convinced both players have what it takes to reach the top of the game.
“Kalvin and Ronaldo have played the last four or five games and they’ve been excellent,” O’Kane told BBC Radio Leeds. “They’ve done really well and people forget their young lads.
“There is no limit on them. They’re both young, both good athletes, both very good technically. If there was one thing I could say to them, it would be it’s not just what you do on the pitch.
“You’ve got to make good decisions on the pitch and off it, and be ready for the hard work.”
Phillips, 20, is expected to start for Leeds against Wolves on Saturday alongside O’Kane as Leeds look to overturn Tuesday night’s last-minute draw to Wigan.
Former Benfica youth player Vieira is set to start from the bench once again, after failing to feature against Gary Caldwell’s Latics during the 1-1 tie.
O’Kane has been a mainstay of Garry Monk’s side following his move north from Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth, making eight league and cup appearances for the Yorkshire giants.
A win for Leeds could see them move to 19 points and within touching distance of the playoffs, as sixth placed Bristol City lie on 20 points.
