Enner Valencia was chased by police during Ecuador’s 3-0 win over Chile on Thursday while being stretched off in a medical buggy – and Everton fans on Twitter called for his contract to be terminated.

The 26-year-old is reportedly being chased over a dispute involving child maintenance, with the video below showing the bizarre scenes involving Valencia and the police.

Supporters showed their anger towards the attacker by stating, if reports are true, they don’t want the Ecuador international anywhere near the Goodison Park club.

One fan labelled Valencia an “idiot” for his actions, as many called for his contract to be terminated with immediate effect.
