Everton have tabled a bid for Stade Rennais winger Kamil Grosicki, according to a report.

French website Letelegramme has claimed that the Goodison Park outfit have made a move to sign the Poland international.

The report says Ronald Koeman had scouted the 28-year-old right winger extensively from his time at Southampton.

However, it is claimed that Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen also have an eye on the Poland international and they could put in a rival bid for the attacking player.

Everton had previously been linked with 29-year-old winger Nani, as reported on Football Insider ,and it seems as though the Toffees are set to welcome a new wide man this summer.

Grosicki has represented his country 42 times after making his debut in 2008 and the quick-winger is currently away with the national team where he has made one start and one substitute appearance during his time at the European Championships.

Grosicki joined Rennais from Turkish side Sivasspor in a £500,000 deal during the 2014 winter window.

He made 36 appearances across all competitions in the recently completed season, where he scored nine goals and provided four assists.
