Yannick Bolasie is set to undergo an Everton medical on Wednesday as he puts the finishing touches to a move from Crystal Palace, according to a reports.

Sky Sports revealed on Tuesday evening that the Merseysiders had settled a stunning £30million deal for winger Bolasie.

HITC claim Bolasie will undergo medical tests with the Merseysiders on Wednesday as he prepares to become Everton’s record signing.

The Bolasie fee is set to break the current Goodison transfer record, which is the £28million they spent to prise Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea in the summer of 2014.

It is said by HITC that Palace are also set to take Senegalese striker Oumar Niasse on loan from Everton with a view to a permanent deal.

The Senegalese striker was signed by the Merseysiders for £13.5million from Lokomotiv Moscow in January after scoring 13 goals in all competitions from 23 matches for the Russian club.

Niasse has failed to find the back of the net in an Everton shirt, and the striker, who has eight Senegal caps, is reportedly more than happy to leave.

The attacker, who has had spells in Norway and Turkey, has had a dismal stay in England which was compounded by being arrested in May on suspicion of assault after police were called to a house in the early hours of the morning.

The winger joined Palace from Bristol City in the summer of 2012 and has made 143 appearances for the Premier League club, scoring 13 goals and supplying 30 assists during his spell with the Eagles.

In more Everton transfer news, the club are closing in on a £60million triple deal.
