Garry Monk has stated on Twitter that Leeds will give their all as they prepare for a tough away fixture against Norwich on Saturday afternoon.

The Yorkshire club travel to Carrow Road to take on fellow promotion chasers Norwich, who lost their last league fixture 5-0.

Alex Neil’s side were humiliated at Brighton with the Canneries conceding four second-half goals as they now welcome the in-form Whites.

Leeds are unbeaten in their last four games in all competitions, but Monk still understands the tough nature of what lies ahead for his side.

“Preparing for a difficult game against Norwich,” Monk wrote on his personal Twitter account. “Big challenge for us all but one we will give our best.”

The Whites have already tasted victory against their opponents this season as they knocked Norwich out on penalties in the EFL Cup in late October.

But now they meet in the league with the Canaries in a play-off spot on 27 points and their weekend opponents in ninth place on 23 points after 15 games.

Norwich were relegated from the Premier League last season, while Leeds have not tasted top-flight football for 12 years.

In other Leeds team news, goalkeeper Rob Green has identified this player as being a critical figure to the Whites picking up three points against Norwich.
