Leeds manager Garry Monk has revealed that Chris Wood and Charlie Taylor are both available to face Preston on Boxing Day.
The two key players are expected to be in the starting line up as the Whites try to cement their position in the play-off places.
Leeds supporters will be thrilled with Monk’s news as two of their standout performers from the campaign can make the Boxing Day clash.
The Yorkshire giants travel to Preston for a Championship match and striker Wood has been passed fit after recovering from a hamstring injury.
Leeds defender Taylor is also available to play despite suffering an achilles problem in the club’s 1-0 win against Brentford on Saturday.
Monk has confirmed that the two crucial player are in contention to face Preston, as cited by the club’s official Twitter account.

Wood will be a welcomed return to the side and should be able to threaten the Preston defence.
The 25-year-old has been the club’s best attacking threat this season, scoring an impressive 14 goals in 25 appearances across all competitions.
He will be desperate to return to the starting XI after missing the Brentford victory and is likely to spearhead the attack.
Taylor, 23, was forced off in that match during the second-half through injury and has been able to recover quickly.
The left-back has become a crucial part of Leeds’ defence and has featured in every league game this season.
In other Leeds team news, Liam Cooper has claimed that the club have worked on this area since pre-season.
