Gary Lineker believes that Everton are looking “solid” this season after their win against West Ham.
The Toffees recorded a comfortable 2-0 home victory in the Premier League and strengthened their hold on sixth in the table, now just five points behind league leaders Manchester City.
Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley scored second-half goals and Everton cruised to three points.
Lineker, who had a stint at Goodison during his player career, feels that they have improved drastically under Ronald Koeman.
“Everton back to winning ways and looking significantly more solid this season,” Lineker wrote on his personal Twitter account.

Dutchman Koeman left Southampton in the summer to become Everton’s new manager.
The Merseyside club sacked Roberto Martinez at the end of last season after finishing 11th in the Premier League, with Koeman seen as the man to take the side to the next level.
He managed to convince first-choice forward Lukaku to remain at the club over the summer and he scored seven goals in his first 10 appearances.
Everton have also improved drastically in defence conceding eight goals in their opening 10 Premier League games.
