Glenn Hoddle picked out Tottenham striker Harry Kane for particular praise following the win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
Spurs managed to record an impressive 3-1 victory over the German outfit on Wednesday night and make a positive start to the group stages.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side won their first home game of the season at Wembley and host Swansea in the league in their next match.
Kane was the standout player for Spurs during their Dortmund win as he scored two thunderbolt goals into the roof of the net.
The England international has become the talisman for his side in recent seasons and thrived against an exposed Dortmund back-line.
Hoddle was blown away by the performance of Kane on Wednesday and feel he is now the complete striker.
“He [Kane] has got everything,” Hoddle told BT Sport, as cited by Youtube channel Only Foot. “He has got a great attitude, he will work hard, he’s not lazy, he has got a great temperament, he can hold the ball up, he is good in the air, he is good off his left foot and right foot, has got semi decent pace.
“There isn’t a negative you could say about Harry Kane at the moment.”
Kane has swiftly got over his poor start to the season without a goal in August and fired in four goals in two matches.
The centre-forward netted a brace last weekend against Everton and replicated that goalscoring form on the European stage, something he will be keen to do to prove his world-class credentials.
