West Ham will complete two new signings imminently, according to the club’s joint chairman David Gold.

The Hammers chief revealed on his personal Twitter account on Tuesday morning that the Londoners are close to securing a couple more signings in the transfer window.

This will delight West Ham fans even though it is not entirely clear who the players are that Gold is referring to.
