Former Tottenham defender Graham Roberts has praised Vincent Janssen on Twitter following his performance against Sweden.
Janssen completed 90 minutes on Tuesday as the Netherlands earned a 1-1 away draw in the World Cup qualifier.
The 22-year-old forward led the Dutch attack and following their surprise failure to reach Euro 2016 they will be desperate to redeem themselves and reach the World Cup in Russia.
They face Sweden, France, Bulgaria, Belarus and Luxembourg in the group stages, and the Spurs forward is expected to play a crucial role in qualification.
Roberts revealed on his personal Twitter account that Janssen was a handful for the Swedish defenders.
Watching @vincentjanssen what a strong good player he looks totally bullying Sweden centre backs

Janssen was brought in to provide competition for Harry Kane and is still settling into the Premier League, after moving from Dutch side AZ for Spurs.
He has endured a mixed start at White Hart Lane and was an unused substitute in the last league fixture against Liverpool.
Pochettino could hand Janssen the opportunity to score his first goal for the club with his teammate Kane starting slowly to the new season. Spurs face Stoke on Saturday and it is expected to be a physical battle, something which would suit Janssen’s style of play.
The powerful forward is known for his strong hold-up play and would relish the competition with Stoke centre-backs Ryan Shawcross and new singing Bruno Martins Indi.
In other Tottenham team news, the club’s fans have reacted on Twitter after Christian Eriksen signs a new four-year deal.
