Toby Alderweireld was pictured playing Call of Duty on Jan Vertonghen’s Instagram just hours after being stretchered off against West Brom.
Tottenham’s centre-back was last seen to be in a bad way following a collision with his defensive partner, Vertonghen which led to his substitution on Saturday.
The extent of the injury is yet to be revealed but Alderweireld is expecting to be assessed within the next 48 hours, according to reports on Sky Sports’ website.

The 27 year-old appeared to be in a lot of pain and was unable to walk following what looked like a serious knee injury.
However, the most recent picture of him playing popular Xbox game, Call of Duty, will be a comforting sight for Spurs’ fans.
The picture, which shows him sitting down on a stool in front of the TV, suggests his injury may not be as serious as initially feared.
There were no signs of crutches or strapping in the picture as Alderweireld looked quite relaxed while playing the game.
Alderweireld has played every game for Tottenham this season and would provide a huge loss to the north London club’s back four.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are currently unbeaten and they’ve conceded just four goals in their opening eight fixtures.
It’s unclear when Alderweireld will be fit to return to action but the Instagram post is certainly a positive sight.
