Ronald Koeman has stated Muhamed Besic and Matthew Pennington are the only two Eveton players unfit ahead of the Southampton clash.
The Toffees will travel to St Mary’s Stadium on Sunday afternoon, which will see Koeman make his first return to his previous home.
It will be a monumental occasion for the Dutch manager, but his main focus will be on ensuring an Everton victory.
The Blues have won just one of their last eight fixtures in all competitions and they are currently in seventh place after a good start to the campaign.
However, Everton go into the fixture in a strong position with no fresh injuries suffered before the encounter, as reported by Liverpool Echo correspondent Phil Kirkbride on his personal Twitter account.

Besic, 24, has not featured for Everton this season and made his last appearance for the club in a 2-1 victory over Bournemouth in April.
Meanwhile, Pennington, 23, also hasn’t featured this campaign with his last encounter coming in May during the 3-0 victory over Norwich.
Southampton are currently four places and five points behind Everton in the league table.
The Saints are also on a poor run of form and have lost two of their last three fixtures, including Thursday evening’s 1-0 Europa League defeat against Sparta Prague.
Everton last met Southampton in May, playing out a 1-1 draw with goals from Ramiro Funes Mori and Sadio Mane.
