Big money signings never seem to be able to do anything right.
If they score lots of goals they’re just doing what’s expected of them. While a couple of poor performances will see them branded a flop.
Genuine praise seems hard to come by.
Unfortunately Paul Pogba knows this only too well.
The 23-year-old midfield ace has scored just one league goal all season as United have slumped to seventh in the Premier League.
Not brilliant, eh?
But the latest stats may just save Pogba from getting too much abuse.
Turns out he’s a slow starter. Have a look below:
Paul has had more touches, created more chances and created the same number of goals and assists as he had at this stage last season.
And last season he ended up with 10 goals and a brilliant 16 assists!

We’re sure he’ll be back to his old self soon enough.
