Kyle Bartley has been named in the English Football League team of the week, after Leeds beat Barnsley 2-1 at Elland Road on Saturday.
Centre-back Bartley opened the scoring against the Tykes, before Pablo Hernandez doubled his sides lead in the second-half, with Charlie Taylor turning into his own, before Garry Monk’s side secured all three points.
Bartley and defensive partner Pontus Jansson, who are on loan from Swansea and Torino respectively, were solid at the back as the Yorkshire club recorded their fifth win in six games.

Manchester-born Bartley has made 12 appearances in all competitions this term, helping his side keep three valuable clean sheets in the process.
Monk’s side are now 11th in the Championship table, with 16 points from 11 games going into the international break.
This despite the Whites only picking up one point in their opening three games of the Championship campaign.
Leeds travel to Derby Country after the international break looking to continue their fine form, as they are only four points off a play-off place.
In other Leeds team news, Stan Collymore has claimed the Yorkshire side have an excellent young football man at the club.
