Leeds fans have revealed on Twitter who they want to partner midfielder Eunan O’Kane against Yorkshire rivals Barnsley in Saturday;s Championship club.
The Ireland international is considered first choice in central midfield, but Leeds have an abundance of candidates that are looking to join him in Garry Monk’s 4-2-3-1 system.
This comes after captain Liam Bridcutt was ruled out for eight weeks after a scan showed a fracture on his metatarsal, which he picked up in the third round of the EFL Cup against Blackburn.
Kalvin Phillips has started in place of the Scotland international in the last two matches, but Ronaldo Vieira’s return from injury on Saturday could alter things.
Ousted duo Luke Murphy and Toumani Diagouraga could also be in line for a sensational return to the Leeds first team.
Fans have reacted on Twitter with who they want to partner former Bournemouth midfielder O’Kane in midfield, as Saturday’s derby beckons.

Is Ronaldo Viera injured?!? He's better than Phillips. Phillips hasn't impressed me when I've seen him. #lufc
