Leeds have moved into the play-off positions following their win against Norwich – and fans are delighted on Twitter.

The Yorkshire giants battled to a late 3-2 victory at Carrow Road, which was full of drama as Ronaldo Vieira scored in stoppage time to give his side the three points.

Goals from Chris Wood and Pontus Jansson also allowed Garry Monk’s side to three points, as Robbie Brady and Kyle Lafferty’s goals were unable to get their side anything out of the clash.

Leeds fans were clearly delighted with their current league position on social media as they look to end their 12-year absence from England’s top flight.

Here are a selection of their messages on Twitter:

Leeds now sit in the Championship promotion spots by one point, as Birmingham trail behind in seventh place.

However, their place in the play-offs may be short lived as Bristol City can leapfrog the Yorkshire giants with a victory against Brighton in the evening kick off.

Leeds have now won their last three matches in the Championship in their quest for promotion, but they face a tough test against top of the league Newcastle at Elland Road next.

Fans will still be sure to soak up their time in the play-offs with their last finish in the Championship top six coming in 2006.

In other Leeds news, this star player is far too good for the Championship, according to a reliable journalist.
