Ronaldo Vieira showed off his skills in a Twitter video on Thursday evening as he successfully carried out the water bottle trick in front of an impressed crowd.

The Leeds midfielder was at a Christmas lights switch-on event at the Merrion Centre alongside teammate Tyler Dent and the two players signed autographs and posed for photos.

There was time for Vieira to show off his skills too as the club posted a video on their official Twitter account of the duo interacting with fans while performing the trick.

The 18-year-old has become a popular figure since graduating from the Leeds academy and was in good spirits as he responded to the tweet at the launch event.

Vieira has already made 10 league appearances this season, clocking up over 500 minutes and featured for Leeds in their emphatic EFL Cup victory against Norwich last month.

He was on the score-sheet during their last fixture against the Canaries on Saturday and will be expected to start when they take on league high-flyers Newcastle at Elland Road following the international break.

The youngster first came onto the scene this season when he made his Championship debut against QPR during Leeds’ 3-0 loss but has continued to progress under Garry Monk.

In other Leeds news, Darren Fletcher has opened up about his rivalry with Leeds and reveals where he believes the club should be now.
