Leeds supporters on Twitter praised manager Garry Monk after he guided his side to a fourth consecutive victory in all competitions when they beat Ipswich 1-0 on Saturday afternoon.
Chris Wood’s header put the Whites in front from a Charlie Taylor cross and helped Monk’s side continue their impressive form at Elland Road.
Leeds supporters pointed out that giving a manager time delivers good results, as Monk is currently experiencing now.
Fans praised the run of form their side are in and backed their manager to continue that run, as Leeds climb up to 12th place in the Championship table with 13 points from nine games.
One supporter joked that the win will keep the former Premier League manager in a job for another week, with Monk constantly being put under pressure by the controversial owner Massimo Cellino.
Monk’s side also recorded their third consecutive clean sheet under Monk, as fans were overjoyed with another positive result.
