Liverpool fans were delighted on Twitter as attacker Adam Lallana delivered a man-of-the-match display against Premier League champions Leicester on Saturday.
Lallana’s emphatic second-half finish guided the Merseysiders to an impressive a 4-1 victory over their opponents with a Roberto Firmino double and Sadio Mane goal helping to cancel out a Jamie Vardy strike.
Attacking midfielder Lallana started the match at Anfield and played the full 90 minutes during Liverpool’s convincing victory.
Reds fans were delighted with Lallana’s display in the match and many took to Twitter to applaud the England international.

The 28-year-old has featured in five encounters for the Reds in the new campaign scoring two goals.
Lallana moved to Anfield in a £25million move from Premier League rivals Southampton during the summer of 2014.
He has featured in 95 encounters for his current club scoring 15 goals during his two-year stay at the English giants.
Jurgen Klopp is looking to return his side to the top of England’s top flight.
The German manager had a successful campaign after taking over from Brendan Rodgers in October last season.
The former Borussia Dortmund boss took his club to two finals in the League Cup and Europa League, but suffered defeats on both occasions.
In other Liverpool team news, Klopp has called on fans to make as much noise as possible after work was completed on Anfield’s main stand.
