According to reports in the Guardian, David Wagner is interested in bringing in Liverpool star, Joe Gomez on loan.
The former Charlton Athletic graduate joined Liverpool in June 2015 for £3.5 million which was believed to be a heavy fee for a relatively unknown prospect.
The 19 year-old was quickly thrust into first team action though ahead of Alberto Moreno, starting at left-back against Stoke for his debut.

However, a serious ACL injury hampered his season and after several set-backs, he’s faced a long 12-month recovery.
The youngster, who is a centre-back by trade, returned to first team training last week and although his return sparked excitement, fans are aware he will need time to regain full fitness.
