Georginio Wijnaldum says he is delighted to have made his Liverpool debut after featuring during their 2-0 win against AC Milan on Saturday.
The recent arrival started the game and looked impressive in the 45 minutes he got against the Italians, with the attacker helping to tee up a chance for Daniel Sturridge.
Wijnaldum arrived from Newcastle in a reported £25million fee after scoring 11 goals in his debut Premier League season for the Magpies.
The 25-year-old has cut a happy figure so far in his Liverpool career and expressed his joy after making his bow for his new club.

Wijnaldum will get more minutes on the pitch against Roma on Tuesday before flying back with the rest of the squad to England.
Liverpool have two more friendlies when they return to Melwood with an interesting International Champions Cup tie with Barcelona next weekend before facing Mainz.
The Barcelona game will see Liverpool come up against their former superstar Luis Suarez who is now part of the best forward line in the world at the Spanish club.
Jurgen Klopp’s side will get their Premier League campaign underway against Arsenal in a tough first fixture.
In other Liverpool news, Klopp have given his verdict on a youngster after his display against Milan.
