Porto winger Yacine Brahimi wants to move to a Premier League club, according to a report.
Portuguese newspaper A Bola claim that Liverpool, Arsenal and Everton will battle it out for the 26-year-old.
Sky Sports claimed at the start of this week that Everton were in talks with Porto as they looked to secure the deal ahead of Arsenal.
It was said that negotiations between the Merseysiders and the Portugese club were progressing well as Ronald Koeman looks to sign another attacking player.
However, it was said that convincing the player to make the move to Goodison Park is an issue as he prefers a club that can offer Champions League football.
The Mirror reported last Sunday that Arsenal were weighing up a move for £40million-rated Brahimi, who was left out of Porto’s midweek Champions League qualifying game against Roma.
The 26-year-old joined Porto from Granada in 2014 and has caught the eye of Europe’s biggest clubs with his displays on the left wing. He has three years left on his current contract.
He has registered 20 goals and 22 assists in 86 appearances for the Portuguese giants and has seven international goals in 28 appearances for Algeria.
In other Everton transfer news, they submit a new striker offer in Friday crunch talks.
