Ovie Ejaria produced another stand-out performance for England Under-20s during their 2-1 defeat against South Korea on Thursday morning.
The Liverpool star scored the game’s opening goal but the young lions were unable to maintain their lead as they lost their Continental Cup clash.
Ejaria opened the scoring after just 14 minutes after his shot from inside the area was deflected luckily over the head of Korean keeper Bumkeun Song.

It was the Liverpool youngster’s second international goal in three appearances for the Under-20s after he received his first call-up earlier this year.
Ejaria has caught the headlines for Liverpool this season after he continues to impress for the Under-23s squad and has trained regularly with the first team at Melwood.
He came on to make his Premier League debut against Watford on Sunday after the Reds recorded a hugely impressive 6-1 win to go to the top of the table.
The 18-year-old has now made three first team appearances under Jurgen Klopp, including starring roles in Liverpool’s EFL Cup victories against Derby County and Tottenham.
Ejaria’s side went into the defeat with South Korea on the back of an impressive 8-1 victory over Nigeria and saw a much-changed side.
They next face Iran on Saturday in the final game of the Continental Cup.
