The Welsh youth internationals recorded a 2-0 victory against Greece on Thursday and they play their final qualifier against Luxembourg at the university on Tuesday.
Woodburn made his Under-19s debut during the victory against Greece, and notched up just his second appearance against England on Saturday.
He has already represented the Under-17s on eight occasions but is eligible to play for England too and could be forced to make a decision on his international career should he continue to impress for Liverpool.
The young forward burst onto the scene during the pre-season campaign under Jurgen Klopp and scored against Fleetwood Town and Wigan Athletic while playing alongside Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.
He is yet to make a first team appearance for the Reds but has been hugely impressive for Michael Beale’s Under-23s side this season, scoring four goals and grabbing five assists in their opening nine fixtures.
The youngster also signed his first professional contract to cap off an impressive week, sealing his Liverpool future until at least 2019.
In other Liverpool news, the club are eyeing a summer transfer move for this 94-cap international.
