Liverpool will return to Borussia Dortmund with a bid for youngster Christian Pulisic next summer, according to a report.

UK News providers Bleacher Report claimed via a video on their official Twitter account that Jurgen Klopp would make another bid for the 17-year-old in the summer 2017 transfer window.

However, it is stated that the Bundesliga giants have big plans for the teenager and the report claims that Dortmund will offer him a new deal after his impressive form for the side.

The American moved to Dortmund in January 2015 when Klopp was in charge and it would appear that the German manager is keen for a reunion with the bright prospect.

The youngster has two years left on his contract at the Bundesliga side and Liverpool may be able to pick him up at a cut-price deal in future windows if he doesn’t extend his contract past 2018.

Pulisic became the youngest foreigner to score a goal in the Bundesliga in April 2016 and he also became the youngest player to ever score two goals in the German top flight later in the month.

He holds similar records at international level, after becoming the youngest player to represent the USA senior side, as well as becoming the youngest scorer for his national side.
