Mesut Ozil has expressed his delight on Twitter after he made it onto the front cover of the matchday programme for Arsenal’s clash against Tottenham.
The 28-year-old playmaker will take to the field for Arsene Wenger’s side earlu on Sunday afternoon at Emirates Stadium as he looks to continue his recent scoring form.
Ozil scored a magnificent solo effort at Ludogorets on Tuesday night with his late winner securing Arsenal’s passage into the last-16 of the Champions League.
But the German will now turn his attention to domestic matters as unbeaten Spurs take on their rivals in a north London derby.
Prior to the match Ozil expressed his delight on his personal Twitter account at being the focal point of the Gunners programme.

This season Ozil has been in fine goal scoring form netting seven goals in 13 Premier League and Champions League encounters.
The 2014 World Cup winner usually boasts a better assist ratio, but he has supplied only three goals this term.
A win for Arsenal would take them top of the Premier League table on 26 points, but a victory for Spurs would mean they would go level with the Gunners going into the international break.
In other Arsenal team news, Theo Walcott has dropped a selection hint on Twitter ahead of the north London derby against Tottenham.
