Micky Hazard has made the shock claim that Arsenal and Tottenham are the two title favourites in the wake of Saturday’s Premier League matches.

The former Spurs midfielder has dismissed Leicester’s chances of winning the league even through Claudio Ranieri’s team can open up a seven-point gap at the top if they beat Southampton at home on Sunday.

Arsenal swept Watford aside with a 4-0 victory on Saturday to cement their position in third in the table, while Tottenham came from a goal down to draw 1-1 at Liverpool in a thrilling contest.

The win for Arsene Wenger’s team keeps their title hopes alive, although they remain eight points behind leaders Leicester.

Hazard is convinced there are still four teams in the title race following Manchester City’s 4-0 win at Bournemouth on Saturday.

In other Tottenham news, Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher has hailed Harry Kane as an “absolute superstar’ in the wake of his latest piece of clinical finishing for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
